Co-Founder & Managing Partner
With a strong background in recruitment, government contracting, and HR consulting, Tyrone brings over 5 years of experience helping businesses attract top talent, secure strategic partnerships, and remain compliant with evolving employment regulations.
He has successfully led recruitment efforts across both the public and private sectors in the US and Jamaica, developed workplace policies aligned with Jamaica’s Sexual Harassment Act, 2021, and played a key role in securing multi-million dollar government staffing contracts in his previous roles.
At Think Recruitment Services, he leverages his expertise in strategic hiring, compliance, and business development to deliver impactful, people-focused solutions to clients across industries.
